How to make a website accessible

What is the Accessibility Act

What exactly is the same accessibility law in question, which requires the accessibility of existing and new websites, so first of all for the sake of legal accuracy these are regulations.
Regulation 35 is a regulation that addresses the legal requirements in the field of Internet accessibility.
What is a regulation – a regulation is a secondary legislation enacted by an executive authority – ministers – government ministries, etc. based on a central law approved by the Knesset, in this case Regulation 35 is based on the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act enacted in 1998 which clarifies the rights of individuals With disabilities for equal and active integration in all areas of life.Regulation 35 appears in the following detailed document and is part of a comprehensive document of many other regulations called the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 2013.

The Israeli regulations are basically based on international standards published by an international organization that deals with network regulation called W3C

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)

And the international standards themselves are called very important to emphasize that Regulation 35 is very general and hardly goes into detail and explanations of how to meet and comply with the legal requirements, so whenever there is a problem turn to the comprehensive and detailed documents of WCAG (i.e. international standards)
