Document accessibility

Any document or web file that can be downloaded from the network must meet the standard required for the documents, in accordance with the service accessibility regulations. Usually, the intention is to make PDF documents uploaded to the site accessible, but other files such as Word, Excel or power-point are equally required. A document or file accessible according to the standard will also allow a user with a disability to receive the information fully, for example Screen reader aid.
